Cottage Advisors LLC was formed in 2006. Since then, we have spearheaded three recreational cottage projects totaling $150 million, and are in the planning process for five additional potential sites, tentatively slated to become active by the end of 2008.

The Cottages at Summer Village: Wells, ME

A seasonal resort community of 247 cottages located one mile from the beach in Wells, Maine. More than 220 cottages were sold in just two years and rentals of owner cottages have been very strong. Now in final sales phase and the 3rd year of rental operations.

Summer Village at the Pond: Westford, MA

A seasonal recreational community of 276 cottages on 152 acres, including 2,700 feet of water frontage on Long-Sought-For Pond in the residential town of Westford, Massachusetts. The cottages are owner-occupied with no management company in place to support a resort business. Sales are now in Phase II.
